I hear Walmart is looking for greeters.....
2 :
Find a good street corner or off ramp and hold out your sign: "Homeless, Need Help" Anything will help! Wait and get rich and with taxes.
3 :
appy at Walmart, Walgreens, the grocery stores in your area, Sams, K-Mart, Target. You can also try at the health care agencies like Kelly Services for Seniors (check your yellow pages for others in your area). They need strong men who can help lift (turn) seniors who are bedridden. If you have a dependable vehicle you can run errands for groceries and make some meals for them and do a little cleaning (or do their laundry) if that's what they need. They also need sitters for respite work, or seniors to take other seniors for doctor appointments. It may be just a couple hours a day or you may be on-call. The salary isn't great but it's fairly easy work, and work you know how to do.

I suggest that you contact one of the programs I am posting links to; ask for information for job training and placement for Senior Citizens. There may be other programs that could help your wife and you, either of these agencies can work with you. where ever you think is a good place. make sure its a quite place at night and in the day its quite visible
2 :
drive down the major roads and highways and keep your eyes open for spots. When find some good ones drive around to them and check it out. Find a place you can park without worrying about being towed. You should be able to ditch the car there for a few hours if you have to run, then come back and get it. Don't be too close or too far from the spot. Basically highway spots are going to be seenthe most and are the hottest. They'll get you rep, but only if you're putting up decent stuff. If you're still toy, stick to chill walls until your skills are up, then make your big debut. *edit- to be clear, when spot hunting you're looking for walls or structures relatively easy to see from the highway. If you notice it, chances are other people will too after you paint it. The closer and bigger the better, as far as getting it seen goes. It makes it riskier though. Sound barriers and bridges are easy targets. Fences along the highway, rooftops visible from it, water towers if you can infiltrate them. I'm going to mention highway signs, the green ones hanging over the road, but those are way out of your league. One day though. They are the pinnacle of highway spots; if you drive down the road, you're going to see it unless your asleep at the wheel

About How do I break my lease without hurting my credit in Texas

How do I break my lease without hurting my credit in Texas?
I have an opportunity to move back to San Marcos for work but I just moved to Corpus Christi to start my own business and I now know it was a bad idea. My gf and I agreed to moving back but we are concerned with all the penalties and do not want our credit damaged. How can we get out of the lease as painlessly as possible?

I've done it. Make an appointment with your landlord. (In my case I had to move due to an emergency - not because it would be nice). The landlord made an agreement. I pay for her advertising to find a new tenant and I have to show my own apartment - taking time off from work to show the people. I also had to keep the apt immaculate and paid for shampooing the carpet. We found a new tenant. All I had to pay was the 2 weeks until they moved in and took over the lease. /

Breaking a lease is expensive. You will need to speak to your landlord to find out what the penalties will be. Most landlords require 30-60 days written notice while you continue paying rent. You are then charged 2-3 months rent plus administrative fees in one lump sum as penalty for breaking the lease early. That's a lot of money to throw away. You should seriously consider whether it's worth it to move now

Tell you what. You find a place that will let you work as an A&P and give you free flight lesson and I'll drive us to the nearest lotto vendor, you can pick the numbers and I'll pay for the tickets.Sorry, partner, I never heard of such a place. In order to learn to fly you will have to pay out of your own pocket. Plan on spending between $6,000 and $10,000 for your PPL. Good luck.

It's not too hard to find a new CFI trying to build hours. I traded work as an A&P for all of my flying lessons. The lessons were pretty dis-jointed and informal. The airplanes were borderline airworthy Champs, Luscombes and T-craft. Didn't become a very good pilot, but we sure had fun, and got hours in our books.

I have done this at my own helicopter company. We paid an A&P in flight time for maintenance on our helicopters and it worked out well for both of us. If you call around to different small flight schools, you could get lucky! Another thought would be to check out local flying clubs and see if there is a private owner with a CFI that would be willing to trade for flight time
