Have a Lawyer know but didnt do anything for me during the temporary hearing, Have found news my kid might not even be mine,,and the guy thats suppose to be the father has been sending her money for him but now im paying a $1000.00 a month. Been trying to talk to my lawyer he wont even talk to me on phone I need help

Some lawyers will work with payment some won't. Some will for a time and some won't. You need to go to your local yellow pages and find a shark that will work on a payment plan. That is the only way to find out. Go do your work!
