I applied at Texas A&M Corpus Christi, how long til' I find out I did or didn't get accepted?
I applied about a week and a half ago and I'm very anxious to know if I got accepted, how long does it usually take for a college to get back to you? I applied very early because they said first come first serve but I don't know what the chances are of me getting accepted. I would be a transfer from a community college with 46 earned college credits and my GPA stands at a 2.7, I have done no voluntary work or community service since high school. I'm in my Spring semester right now and am planning to go to Texas A&M Corpus Christi for fall next semester. I received a letter from them saying they got my application and if I wanted to check on the status of my application I can call or email them, but if I check the status will that make a difference? I'm so anxious and was just wondering how long a college usually takes to get back to the student. Thanks for any information! Oh & by the way it asked for some test scores on the application other than the SAT's, I think the TSI or something, but the only test I've taken other than the SAT's is the Accuplacer... will I need to take that test before I will get accepted to any University?
