Not sure, but most dental schools are VERY cheap and there is one close by. You might be able to get it done free there.

The odds of finding a dentist to do free work is slim to none... unless of course you are married to a dentist or are another close friend or family member. Check with your nearest dental school as the students always need patients to work on and the fees are relatively low. Also, you can check with your local health department... many health departments in the U.S. now have dental clinics. Good luck to you
